Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your gear will be processed and shipped within 4 business days of the order date.

Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can investigate further.

Return & Exchange Policy

HOW CAN I MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN?

 

If you’re looking for a refund to your original method of payment and returning more than 3 items in your order (with tags still attached), follow these easy steps.

​

  1. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box

  2. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible

  3. Find a FedEx Ground location or a USPS and drop off your package.

  4. We’ll refund you within 3-5 business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place
